[Damage Notice] - In case of damage: on-site verification > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, followed by a compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. The base fee is for 4 people, and an additional fee of 5,500 KRW per hour applies for each extra person. *Reservations for 6 or more people can only be made for a minimum of 3 hours. [Food and Drink Prohibition] Simple drinks and snacks (bread, chips, gimbap) are allowed, but strongly scented foods (such as ramen, tteokbokki, etc.) are prohibited. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Smoking is prohibited inside the studio and outside the building. We kindly ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed during the reserved studio time. - Outdoor shooting is possible, but please avoid disturbing the quiet residential area as much as possible. - Please dispose of any trash generated during the shoot in the dressing room trash can and the separate recycling bin in the restroom, and all food waste must be taken with you. - Parking is limited to the number of spaces indicated. (Weekdays: minimum of 2 cars up to a maximum of 3 depending on the situation / Weekends: maximum of 2 cars) - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, please restore it to its original state before the end time. [Parking] - Please move the cones when parking and exiting, and use the prepared [Studio Use Vehicle] paper inside the studio after parking.
