[Space Usage] - This is a family home with a boy, and if there are no inquiries about the 'child's room' when renting the space, the toys in the child's room will not be removed. If you inform us in advance, we will tidy it up before the shoot. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please be sure to ask the host for permission first. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up by you. - Parking is only provided for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
