Olive Rental Studio A+B Room (Entire 2nd Floor)
It is a cozy space with a warm atmosphere like an Airbnb, consisting of a living room and kitchen (Room A), and a bedroom (Room B). There are windows on three sides, allowing plenty of natural light to come in.
‘Olive Rental Studio’ is a multipurpose shooting studio located in Dongdaemun, Seoul, optimized for various commercial shoots such as advertising, fashion, and product photography.
The rental studio consists of a total of 5 rooms: a café and studio Room C on the 1st floor, Rooms A and B on the 2nd floor, and Rooms D and E on the 3rd floor.
This studio has multiple shooting spaces, allowing for the realization of various shooting concepts.
A Room Natural Light Hours
Southeast, South, Southwest - 2nd Floor
Spring: 10 AM - 4 PM
Summer: 10 AM - 5 PM (In summer, the sun rises high, so deep light comes in during the morning and late afternoon)
Autumn: 10 AM - 4 PM
Winter: 10 AM - 3 PM
B Room Natural Light Hours
Southwest - 2nd Floor
Spring: 12 PM - 4 PM
Summer: 1 PM - 6 PM
Autumn: 11 AM - 3 PM
Winter: 10 AM - 2 PM
* For video shoots requiring simultaneous recording, it is recommended to rent both A+B (2nd floor) or D+E (3rd floor), which are rooms on the same floor. Since the soundproofing is not perfect like a studio for recording, if you only rent one room, you cannot prevent sounds from the adjacent room.

Since rental may not be available upon same-day request, please make your request in advance when booking.

[Time Management]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Caution]
Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
- Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment.
- In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[No Eating]
Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding.
[Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
- Parking is provided only for the indicated number of vehicles.
- If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
