[No Eating or Drinking] - Eating or drinking in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding. - Cooking, eating, or shooting food and beverages requires prior consultation or arrangement. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - If you inform us in advance about the space you will use for shooting, we will take care to clean and set it up accordingly. - This is a real residential home, not a studio. Prior consent is required for the use of furniture, items, and electronic devices. - Outdoor shooting in the surrounding area is not allowed. - Due to security and trust issues, we inquire about brands/products being filmed and their intended use. Thank you for your understanding. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the number of spaces indicated. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
