2-hour rental -> If you write a photo review, an additional 30 minutes will be provided.

※ There may be external environmental noise (motorcycles, everyday noise) and occasional plumbing sounds.
For shoots where sound is important, such as interviews and dialogue recordings, it is recommended to use individual microphones and sound equipment.

[Usage Guide]
-Minimum reservation time is 2 hours, based on entry and exit times.
-Please strictly adhere to entry and exit times for the next reservation.
-If the shoot ends earlier than the reserved time, the fee will still be calculated based on the reserved time.
-You must compensate 100% for any damage to furniture, props, lighting, etc.
-Please return any used furniture and props to their original positions before exiting.
[Time Adherence]
-Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
-The usage fee is contracted based on [Start Time] and [End Time].
-Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time.
-If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Caution]
-Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
-In case of damage: on-site confirmation > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, followed by a compensation request.
[Staff Count]
-If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[Etiquette]
-Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
-You must clean up all trash generated during the shoot.
-Parking is only provided for the specified number of vehicles.
-If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
