[Reservation Information] - An additional fee of 5,500 KRW per person will be charged for exceeding the standard number of guests. - The minimum usage time is 3 hours or more. - Usage time is only available for on-time entry and exit. - Even if you finish earlier than the reserved time, the amount will be calculated based on the reserved time. - Usage time is based on entry and exit times (including cleaning time), not shooting time. Please adhere to the usage time for the next reservation. - A delay of 15 minutes including cleaning time will incur a charge for 30 minutes; a delay of 30 minutes will incur a charge for 1 hour. - Time extensions may not be possible depending on the situation on the day. - For shoots requiring more than 24 staff members for video, advertising, photo shoots, or furniture shoots, please inquire by phone before making a reservation. - If the number of people reserved on the day of the shoot exceeds 24 without a separate estimate, additional costs may be incurred. [Important Notes] *Please note that there is no elevator in the building when making your reservation. *The bathroom does not have running water. Due to leakage issues, it is not possible to fill the bathtub or sink with water. - Please return any furniture and props used during the shoot to their original positions before leaving. - Simple drinks and snacks (sandwiches, bakery items, gimbap) are allowed, but you must clean up after yourself. (Food such as lunch boxes, pizza, hamburgers, etc. is prohibited.) - The reservation holder is responsible for any negligence in the studio. (Repair costs may be charged on-site for damages or contamination caused by negligence.) - Please be careful of damage and contamination to the floor and walls caused by tripods, lights, and other equipment. - If you need to move large furniture, please inform us in advance. - The studio is located on the 3rd floor of a building on a side road, so road noise and surrounding noise may be heard. - Please inform us in advance if you are bringing pets. - For security and safety reasons, CCTV is recording inside the studio. - The studio is a non-smoking area both inside and on the rooftop. (Please go down to the 1st floor to smoke outside.) [Other Information] - Basic provisions: 1 steam iron, hangers, a full-length mirror, a Bluetooth speaker, and 3 auxiliary tables are provided as standard. **Any additional items needed must be brought by you. - Equipment available for rent upon request: 2 shooting lights (Fomex D600), softbox (120X80), wireless trigger. - The furniture and prop settings shown in the photos are changed periodically. If you need specific furniture or props, please inquire at the time of reservation. - The studio is operated unmanned, so it may be difficult to provide direct guidance for pre-visits. - For space rentals for events, exhibitions, parties, or performances, please inquire by phone before making a reservation. [Parking Information] There is no free parking available, and paid parking is available at the Seongsu Public Parking Lot located on the road directly in front of the building.
