Off To Studio features a spacious window facing southeast with a view of ginkgo trees. ☀️Lighting Information Main Window: Southeast (natural light from early morning until 2 PM) Opposite Window: Southwest (natural light from 3 PM until late afternoon, 5 PM) This studio receives deep natural light all day long. 🌳Location Information ▪27 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) natural light studio A room + B room + C room for exclusive rental (with pantry and internal restroom) ▪The ceiling height is over 2.8m, making it suitable for video and photo shoots. ▪The main window faces southeast, providing beautiful lighting from 8 AM to 2 PM, and the opposite window faces southwest, allowing deep natural light until late afternoon ✨ ▪With three different interior concepts, various objects, full-length mirrors, movable hangers, mood lights, and lighting props, diverse photo and video shoots are possible.💚 ▪Room A features a mid-century modern concept with various shooting zones such as a living area, interview zone, sofa zone, and bench zone, and one wall is accented with the 2024 Color of the Year, Peach Fuzz, highlighting the interior. ▪The main window in Room B overlooks ginkgo trees, boasting beautiful views and visuals throughout the four seasons, combined with white and wood interiors, and over 20 objects are placed. ▪Room C is arranged with colorful chairs and furniture, plants, a mid-century movable mirror, a hanger, and a standing steam iron, designed to facilitate commercial shoots.
