🎉 [10,000 KRW Payback] We are running a 10,000 KRW payback event for photo reviews. If you book for 3 hours or more and leave a review of the studio, we will deposit 10,000 KRW into your account. After writing the review, please leave a payback inquiry (account number) and we will confirm and deposit the amount. *Please write a photo review (3 photos, at least 100 characters). Reservation Notes: If you wish to receive the 10,000 KRW payback benefit from the photo review event, please add 1 hour to the basic 2 hours for a total reservation of 3 hours or more. The 10,000 KRW payback benefit does not apply if you only reserve the basic 2 hours. This is a natural light rental studio located in Jangji-dong, Songpa-gu (Wirye). It is a bright studio with a southeast corner position that has ample natural light. The luxurious European-style art wall can be changed according to your preference, allowing for various concept shoots. (Please inquire with the staff on-site for changes.) There is a separate fitting space, and we also have various props and lighting available. [Punctuality] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, furniture, chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > after checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the indicated number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
