To prevent damage and noise between floors, filming with more than 8 people or filming with a lot of equipment requires prior coordination. Please provide detailed information before making a reservation. 4 out of 5 rooms are available. Bathroom and kitchen can be used. (One room is the host's and cat's living space) Moving furniture is not allowed, but props can be freely used. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted filming time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Check on-site together > take photos > confirm the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure for any reason, you must restore it before the closing time.
