[Terms of Use] - Reservations can be made with either consecutive time slots or with a gap of at least 2 hours. - By making a reservation and using the space, you are considered to have agreed to the usage rules. - All prices are based on non-commercial (non-profit) purposes for 'photo' shoots. - All shoes used during the shoot must have masking tape applied to the floor. - Pets are not allowed. - Furniture and props inside the room may change without prior notice. - All video shoots that have not been pre-approved are strictly prohibited. If discovered, the work will be deleted and you will be asked to leave. - The use of minors is considered to have been confirmed and agreed upon by a guardian, and all liability for accidents and damages to property that occur during use rests entirely with the guardian. - The shooting of adult content and suggestive (including exposure beyond general underwear) compositions and intentions, as well as outfits such as BAF bikinis, is strictly prohibited. Please check the related information and all precautions at the link below. →[Usage Rules: https://www.avalonstudio.kr/guide] [Commercial (Profit) Shooting] - For commercial shoots, the amount varies depending on the purpose of the shoot. - Video shooting: Prior inquiry is mandatory, and shooting without prior consultation is not allowed regardless of length or content. - If commercial use is confirmed after using at the non-commercial rate, a fee of 5 times the commercial rate will be charged. - Examples of commercial shooting include: advertisements for SNS, promotional advertisements, Naver posts, photo books, magazines, pictorials, sponsored shoots, shopping mall shoots, product photography... all shooting for profit and/or promotional purposes is included. [Time Management] - Timely entry and exit is the principle. Dressing rooms also follow the same timely entry and exit. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for changing, preparing for the shoot, setting up, dismantling equipment, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Parking Information] Parking is not available at the studio. Please use nearby public parking. [Damage Precautions] Please be careful of damage to the floor caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation items: shoes (reinforced with masking tape), tripod (special cover provided) - In case of damage: on-site confirmation > photo taking > estimate confirmation, then compensation request will proceed. [Number of Entrants] The maximum capacity of Room C is 8 people, and if the maximum number is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Pre-Visit] Schedule adjustments can be made by phone. [Prohibition of Food and Drink] Bringing food and drinks into the studio is strictly prohibited.
