Please carefully check the following usage rules and safety disclaimers for a safe and pleasant shoot. By completing your reservation and entering the space, you agree to these regulations. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is based on the [start time], [end time], and [number of users]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Care for Facilities] - Please handle the furniture and props placed indoors and outdoors with care, as many are personal belongings and vintage items. (If rearranging furniture such as tables and chairs is necessary, please lift them instead of dragging to prevent damage.) - Please be especially careful of damage to the elevator interior and shooting space (including floors and walls) caused by shooting equipment. (Recommended items: simple mats or blankets under equipment) - In case of damage: : Confirm on-site together => Take photos => Compensation request will proceed after estimating the damage. [Safety Usage and Precautions] - Personnel Management: : If the maximum number of staff is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. - Management of Children and Accompanying Persons: : If you are accompanied by infants, children, or pets (especially when using outdoor spaces such as rooftops), the risk of safety accidents is high, so a guardian must closely monitor safety at all times. [Rooftop (Outdoor) Shooting Safety and Disclaimer] - Compliance with Safety Zones: : Climbing or leaning on dangerous structures such as railings and edges on the rooftop is strictly prohibited. Please ensure to maintain a distance of at least 1 meter from the railings while moving and shooting. (The area near the entrance to the machinery room on the rooftop is excluded from the shooting space for safety reasons.) - Usage Control in Bad Weather: : If weather conditions worsen due to rain, strong winds, heavy snowfall, etc., or if safety is a concern, rooftop usage may be restricted or halted at the host's discretion. - Prohibition of Alcohol, Smoking, and Fire: : Consumption of alcohol, smoking, and use of fire are strictly prohibited in the shooting space. - Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer: : The host is not legally responsible for safety accidents, injuries, or personal damages caused by violations of these safety rules or negligence by the user. - The host is also not responsible for accidents that occur due to non-compliance with legitimate safety instructions or controls from the host or on-site manager, and may enforce eviction. - The host is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of valuables and personal shooting equipment brought by the user. - If the user causes damage to facilities or buildings due to intent or negligence, compensation for restoration costs and business losses will be charged. [Food and Etiquette] - Prohibition of Eating: : Eating in the space is generally prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please seek prior approval from the host. - Parking Information: : Parking is not available in the building, so please use nearby paid parking lots. - Noise and Surroundings Management: : Please observe basic etiquette for the residents of the building and surrounding neighbors, and outdoor shooting around the building is not allowed. - Cleaning and Restoration: If you change the existing furniture setup and structure with props, you must restore it to its original state before the end time. (Significant changes require prior coordination.) - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up, and if cleaning is insufficient, a separate cleaning fee may be charged.
