The space is composed of various areas such as an entrance, living room, bedroom, study, bathroom, and dressing room, allowing for diverse setups that can be used for various purposes including lookbooks, short forms, wedding snaps, and more.
โ๏ธLighting
With large windows on three sides, the southwest-facing lighting fills the space with natural light throughout the day, allowing for warm and atmospheric colors in your shoots without additional lighting. The entrance and sofa zone are best from 11 AM to 2 PM, while the bed zone is best from 3 PM to 5 PM :)

It is easily accessible, just a 10-minute drive from Dongdaemun.

One vehicle can park around the building.
Additional vehicles can park in the resident priority parking area (40, 41, 42 ZONE) directly in front of the building through the [Modu's Parking] app. (1 hour for 1,000 KRW)

[Punctuality]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Caution]
Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. 100% of the costs will be charged for damage or contamination of the space, furniture, and props. When moving furniture and pots, please 'lift' them to avoid scratching the floor.
- Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment.
- In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[No Eating]
Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding.
[Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. Please use the recycling bin near the shoe rack.
- Parking is provided only for the number of vehicles indicated.
- If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
