Hello, this is Ddochi Family House :D It is a 34 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) apartment located in Dangsan-dong, remodeled in white and silver with a dreamy sensibility. It is a maximalist's home that believes in "simple is best." Ddochi Family House is the result of continuous effort. Please take a look at the photos and feel free to inquire if you have any questions. ☑️ Operating Hours 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM, after which arrangements can be made (After 06:00 PM, Ddochi may return home) For reservations starting at 30 minutes, please make a reservation on time and inquire. ☑️ Shooting Spaces Living Room 1 (Bright south-facing with white tones) Bedroom 1 (Soft and calm with a full moon) Study 1 (Used by a real uncle) Bathroom 2 (Clean like a hotel bathroom with a small moon) Kitchen 1 (Simple with everything except what’s missing) Veranda 1 (White wood blinds with a metal tea table and chairs) Shooting is not allowed in the children's room and the dressing room. If the shoot takes longer, light snacks such as simple lunch boxes are allowed, and we kindly ask for clean disposal afterward. There is a dining table that can be expanded for 10 people. 🎀 There are multiple outlets available. Power strips and extension cords are available for free rental. There is a hanger for model fitting clothes. Furniture can be moved and rearranged. Various interior props can be used. Living plants throughout the house can be used as props. Shooting for infants and dogs is allowed. Please restore everything to its original state after all shooting is completed. If you inform us in advance, we will actively cooperate with moving and usage. If you let us know your desired composition, we will take photos for you. Responses will be provided within 10 minutes for free. - Right in front of Dangsan Station on Line 2 and Line 9 - Close to broadcasting stations in Yeouido, Mokdong, and Sangam - Within a 5-minute walk to large supermarkets, Daiso, and convenience stores

[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check together on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the indicated number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
