Hello🤗 I would like to introduce a plant-themed interior house located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam, Seoul🪴 🧭 Location 3-minute walk from Exit 8 of Cheongdam Station 10 minutes by car from Gangnam-gu Office Station, Samseong Station, and Apgujeong Rodeo Station (Parking available for 3 cars) 🏠 Space Introduction An independent 9th-floor apartment measuring 27 pyeong (about 889 sq ft) Layout: Living room, kitchen, master bedroom, small room 1, small room 2, bathroom This space boasts an attractive city view through large windows at the height of the 9th floor. ☑️ Living Room The south-western exposure allows for plenty of natural light from 11 AM to 4 PM. The combination of white, light beige, and light gray colors creates a soft and warm atmosphere. The plant-themed interior gives a cozy yet bright ambiance. ☑️ Kitchen Styled in a white-toned U-shape. You can freely use a home bar table and a round table, and it's perfect for filming with a movable smart TV. ☑️ Master Bedroom An antique-themed space highlighted by a vintage bed and pendant lighting. Furnishings include a queen bed, storage cabinet, wardrobe, dresser, and a single sofa. This room is frequently used for filming scenes related to watching the smart TV or for hair and makeup. ☑️ Bathroom Features a neat and luxurious studio-style interior, commonly used for shooting hair products or facial cleansing items. ☑️ Small Room 1 Equipped with a computer desk, movable smart TV, and a single bed. It has a window air conditioner and a closet, making it a realistic setting for filming college student scenes. ☑️ Small Room 2 Mainly used as a waiting area for models and actors. Equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and a sofa cushion. ✅ Additional Information ✅ Booking hours are available from 10 AM to 8 PM on weekdays.
