Located in Yongdu-dong, close to Dongdaemun, Studio COMO is a 35 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) private rental studio with abundant natural light✨ We present two concept spaces: the 'Black & White' room in French Art Deco style and the cozy and elegant 'Wood' room. 📹 Various types of shoots are possible, including for shopping malls, live commerce, YouTube, snaps, and profiles. 🌿 The studio features a long 7m window that provides ample south-facing sunlight, along with a spacious 35 pyeong area and a ceiling height of 2.5m. 📍 Located in Dongdaemun-gu, it has good accessibility. (6 minutes on foot from Shinseoldong Station, Line 2) 🚘 Free parking for 1 vehicle is available in the studio building, and there are 2 nearby paid parking lots for additional vehicles. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. - A penalty will be applied if the usage time exceeds 15 minutes. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor, carpet, and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. For safety and security, CCTV is operational 24 hours. - Preparation: To prevent floor contamination, please tape the soles of your shoes when shooting while wearing them. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Prohibition] Only simple beverages and snacks are allowed in the studio, and meals are prohibited. If necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it before the closing time.
