A cramped, old space with no elevator, struggling to carry heavy equipment up the stairs. Peachbore was born from that disappointment. A space designed and built by a former art director in the advertising industry. This studio was created by someone who knows the shooting scene better than anyone else. 2F — Living Room A space where natural light pours in deeply, the key floor for moody shoots. A modern space furnished with a vintage sofa, table, and shelves, along with the beautiful sink from Water Monopoly. This space is often chosen for natural light shoots as well as high-sensitivity lifestyle photo shoots. The interior is filled with original vintage furniture and props personally selected by the owner, who has worked in the advertising industry for many years. The ceiling height, lighting, and flow — these are the reasons why different results come out even before editing. The building also houses an advertising shooting studio, so equipment rental is available upon separate inquiry.

[Simultaneous Recording] - Since the space is open by floor, simultaneous recording is only available for full rental. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Precautions] - Please wear indoor shoes in the studio. - Please return any furniture and props used during the shoot to their original positions before leaving. - The furniture and props arranged in the studio may change irregularly. Please inquire in advance if needed for the shoot. - The furniture and lighting in the studio are high-value items, and you will be liable for compensation in case of contamination or damage. - Outside food is restricted except for simple beverages, excluding the dining area on the first floor. - Please refrain from smoking inside the studio. (Please refrain from smoking on the veranda as well.) - When leaving, please dispose of trash in the trash bins, separating general waste and recyclables. - Animal photography is not allowed. - CCTV is recording 24 hours a day inside the studio for safety and security.
