The experience of climbing stairs with heavy equipment in a narrow, old space without an elevator. Peachboar was born from that disappointment. A space designed and built by a former art director in the advertising industry. This studio was created by someone who knows the shooting scene better than anyone else. 3F — Terrace & Hall A space that can capture both indoor and outdoor simultaneously, a floor that offers two different moods. The spacious terrace allows for outdoor-style shooting, while the hall is completed with ivory-colored Togo sofas and vintage furniture, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. You can create two completely different vibes with just one booking. The interior is filled with original vintage furniture and props personally selected by the owner, who has worked in the advertising industry for a long time. The ceiling height, lighting, and flow — these are the reasons why different results come out even before editing. The building also houses an advertising shooting studio, so rental of shooting equipment is available upon separate inquiry.

[Simultaneous Recording] - Since the space is open by floor, simultaneous recording is only available for full rental. [Time Adherence] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Precautions] - Please wear indoor shoes in the studio. - Please return any furniture and props used during the shoot to their original positions before leaving. - The furniture and props arranged in the studio may change irregularly. Please inquire in advance if needed for the shoot. - The furniture and lighting in the studio are high-value items, and you will be liable for compensation in case of contamination or damage. - Except for simple beverages, bringing in outside food is restricted, excluding the dining area on the first floor. - Please refrain from smoking inside the studio. (Please refrain from smoking on the veranda as well.) - When leaving, please dispose of trash in the trash bins, separating general waste and recyclables. - Animal photography is not allowed. - The interior of the studio is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day for safety and security.
