▣ Reservation Information ▣ - Please check the schedule on the website Calendar before making a reservation. (If there is a conflict with calendar reservations, adjustments may be requested. www.zianstudio.co.kr) - The usage time is based on the check-in and check-out times (please include time for setup, equipment removal, and restoring the space to its original condition in your reservation). - Reservations can be made for a minimum of 2 hours. - If you wish to extend your reservation, it can be extended in 1-hour increments if there are no subsequent reservations (payment can be made on-site). - Please familiarize yourself with the precautions before making a reservation and during the shoot. - The props in the studio may differ from the photos above depending on the reservation situation and season. - In case of excessive contamination or damage (breakage) to the equipment and facilities while using the horizon or studio, additional costs may be charged. - This building is a non-smoking area (please use the non-smoking area outside the building), and only bottled drinks with caps are allowed. - If you need to visit for a site inspection, it can be arranged after discussing the visit time. - Consultation hours: Weekdays/Weekends 10:00-20:00. Instagram @zian_studio_ll ▣ Space Introduction ▣ - Specialized for video shooting: Equipped with wall soundproofing, free and paid video lighting, and shooting agency services available. - Specialized for photo shooting: Makeup room for models, various props and lighting, horizon, and three types of background paper are available. - Possible shooting concepts: Profile, interview, talk show, music video, various YouTube content, education, live, etc. - A multi-purpose studio that allows for three different concept shoots in one space, arranged with clean and modern props and furniture for various shooting uses. (Please refer to the STUDIO II page for concepts #classic #warm #horizon) - Elevator access, equipment loading and unloading directly from the parking lot, parking available. ▣ Rental Items Available (Reservation Required) ▣ - Godox Lighting: 2 LED P260C - PavoTube: 2 Nanlite Pavotube II 6C - Bluetooth speaker, tripod, music stand, 40-inch standing monitor - Video lighting rental available: APUTURE LS 600D Pro, stand, and jam ball provided (30,000 KRW excluding VAT) - Three colors of background paper available (basic 1 color 30,000 KRW excluding VAT, additional use 20,000 KRW excluding VAT). Please include this in your reservation details or contact us by phone. For new color requests, 100,000 KRW excluding VAT, requested at least 7 days in advance (availability may vary, so please inquire separately). - Air conditioning and heating equipment fully equipped. ▣ Important Usage Notes ▣ - Indoor shoes must be worn inside the studio. If shooting with shoes or heels, wrapping is mandatory when using the horizon. - If you wish to attach props to the wall, please consult in advance. Due to soundproofing, attachment may be difficult. (If adhesive materials are used without permission, the wall may be damaged, and restoration costs will be charged.) - If you leave earlier than the reserved time, the amount will still be calculated based on the reserved time. - After shooting, please return furniture and props to their original state, and include time for cleaning in your reservation. - In case of theft of props or furniture, the original purchase price of the items will be charged as a cost. - Some rental items may not be available for same-day requests. - This building is a non-smoking area (please use the non-smoking area outside the building), and only bottled drinks with caps are allowed.
