[Basic Usage Rules and Matters Requiring Consultation] - You must consult the available schedule before signing the contract. - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time], and additional fees will apply for exceeding the standard number of people. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the venue is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. - If outdoor shooting is required, separate consultation regarding the shooting range and time is necessary, and it may be added to the contract depending on the situation. [Cooperation Regarding Damage and Defacement] - Please be especially careful to prevent contamination and damage to existing facilities (especially walls) due to tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - For the second floor, the floor material is relatively weak, so please prepare a simple mat, blanket, or tennis balls to place under the equipment. - In case of damage, we will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Usage Capacity] - The maximum capacity of this space is 32 people, which is four times the standard number of 8, but the optimal usage capacity is 16 people. - If more than 32 people wish to use the space, prior consultation is required, and if approved by the host, the user must prepare a separate waiting area outdoors. - Additional charges for exceeding the number of people: Up to 8 people: Standard fee (100,000 KRW x usage time) 9-16 people: Standard fee + 50% of the standard fee 17-24 people: Standard fee + 100% of the standard fee 25-32 people: Standard fee + 150% of the standard fee More than 32 people: Standard fee + separate consultation - The number of users agreed upon in advance must not be exceeded, and if exceeded, additional payment may be requested. [Indoor Eating Prohibited] - Eating is preferably done in the outdoor garden except during winter, and in unavoidable cases, please seek prior understanding from the host. [Community Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette to avoid inconveniencing the surrounding residents. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking beyond the indicated number of spaces is allowed on nearby roads as long as it does not obstruct the passage of other vehicles. - If you change the setup and structure of existing installations as needed, you must restore them to their original state before the end time.
