It has received architectural awards for its architectural completeness and has been featured in architectural media such as SPACE (September 2023), Brick Magazine (2024), and Gam Magazine (March 2024). Yeonnam Chapter is a project space operated based on the 1st and 2nd floors of We Are Yeon. It is designed not just for simple rentals, but to allow brands and creators to expand their own narratives within the context of Yeonnam-dong. Space Composition • 3F: Internal use not allowed (external corridor available) • Stairs from 3F to 4F: Main shooting point • 4-5F: Duplex house (waiting room available for shoots) • 6F: Rooftop with a view of Gungdong Mountain (available for use) • Unique structure with warm orange tones and curves • Hallway that embodies the beauty of emptiness • Curved stairs that create cinematic scenes • Long land structure extending north-south Rich natural light flows in through large windows and high ceilings, creating depth in the space with changing light and shadows throughout the day. A soft shooting environment can be secured without artificial lighting. Unlike typical rectangular spaces, the vertical circulation and structural rhythm are alive, making it suitable for dynamic shoots. • Fashion photoshoots • Product advertisements • Branding content • Music videos • Drama filming The interior balances vintage textures and minimal structures, and the rooftop allows for dramatic staging against the backdrop of the city skyline. The stairs and corridor leading from the 3rd to the 4th floor are iconic shooting points of the space. Basic Facilities • Parking for up to 3 cars • Wi-Fi provided • Ceiling-mounted heating and cooling system (no additional equipment allowed) • Available 24 hours (late-night hours should be avoided if possible) • No smoking indoors (outdoor space available on the 1st floor) • Restoration to original condition required upon checkout • Two external restrooms (separated by gender) available

[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check together on-site > take photos > and proceed with compensation requests after confirming the estimate. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first obtain permission from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is only provided for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
