[Time Management] Please strictly adhere to the reserved usage time. The usage fee is based on the time from the reserved start time to the end time. Preparation and setup for the shoot, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition are included in the reserved time. If the reserved shooting time is exceeded, additional payment may be requested. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and walls caused by shooting equipment such as tripods, lights, metal boxes, and director's chairs. When setting up equipment, please prepare protective materials such as simple mats, blankets, or tennis balls to use under the equipment. In the event of damage to facilities or props, we may request compensation after checking the condition together on-site and confirming the estimate after taking photos. [Staff Count] Please strictly adhere to the number of users set at the time of booking. If the set maximum number of users is exceeded, additional payment may be requested or space usage may be restricted. [Food and Drink Policy] Consumption of food and drink in the space is generally prohibited. If it is absolutely necessary to bring in food or drink, please be sure to contact the host in advance. [Etiquette] Please observe basic usage etiquette for the surrounding space and users. Outdoor shooting around the studio is not allowed. Please clean up all trash generated during the shoot before the end of your usage. Please park within the number of parking spaces indicated in advance. If you change the arrangement of existing furniture or props, please restore them to their original condition before the end of your reservation.
