Hello, This is a 33 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) home located near Olympic Park with a white/wood tone and abundant natural light. ✔️ We have various hosting experiences for YouTube content, TV programs, short films, product shoots, and more! Feel free to inquire as we can coordinate! 😁 Our home features a wide veranda with green potted plants, creating a cozy home atmosphere. The living room and front veranda are spacious, providing great shooting angles. Most importantly, there is nothing obstructing the view, allowing plenty of sunlight to fill the space, making it a truly beautiful house with great lighting! The base color is white, giving the interior a bright feel. It is perfect as a background for product photography or video shoots! Soundproof mats have been installed in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has an antique dining table, allowing for a natural living environment to be created. There are many restaurants and cafes within a 2-5 minute walk from our home, making it convenient for you to use! We are looking forward to those who will cherish our home and create wonderful shoots! If you have any additional requests, please let us know in advance, and we can discuss them! - Layout: Entrance, living room, kitchen, master bedroom, 2 small rooms, veranda, living room and master bedroom bathroom - Time: 08:00~21:00 (Please inquire for times outside of this) - Abundant sunlight comes in from 10 AM to 4 PM. - Elevator access, parking for up to 2 cars in the underground parking lot (no vans allowed) ★ Notes - Please inform us in advance of the space you will be shooting in. - Cooking and eating are not allowed (delivery food is permitted - please separate and clean up afterward). - Shooting of nudity, sexually explicit content, or adult products is not allowed. - A hanger is provided for hanging clothes.

[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please be sure to ask for the host's permission first. **Delivery food is allowed, but please ensure proper disposal and cleanup afterward. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
