We inform you that any issues arising from not understanding the above content will be the responsibility of the guest. We hope you have an enjoyable and safe shoot. 😊 🔎 Pre-visit Information · Pre-visits can be scheduled after making a reservation. · Weekdays: After 6 PM / Weekends: Anytime available 👥 Number of People and Fees · For shoots exceeding 5 people, please inquire separately. (Due to the platform's additional charge policy for the number of people, consultation is necessary) · For consecutive bookings (2 days or more), fee adjustments are possible; please inquire via message. ⏰ Time Management · The usage fee is calculated based on the start and end times. · Preparation, setup, cleanup, and restoration time are included in the contracted time. · Additional payment requests may occur if the contracted time is exceeded. ⚠️ Caution Regarding Damage and Equipment Use · Be cautious of floor and wall damage caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director chairs, etc. · Preparation items: Please place mats, blankets, tennis balls, etc., under the equipment. · In case of damage: On-site inspection → Photo taking → Compensation process after estimate confirmation 🚫 Eating and Living Rules · Eating is generally prohibited; prior consent is required if necessary. · Please clean up all trash generated during the shoot. · Only one parking space is provided; inquiries are necessary for additional vehicles. · If furniture or structure changes are made, restoration to the original state is mandatory before the end of the shoot. · Outdoor shooting nearby is not allowed / Basic etiquette must be observed to consider the residents. ⏳ Operating Hours · Overnight shooting is not allowed. · Since this is a living space, shooting is not allowed after 5 PM on weekdays, and early morning to before 10 AM on weekends / shooting is not allowed after 10 PM.
