Hello. I would like to introduce a bright house located near Olympic Park. It is a 25 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) house with a living room, kitchen, veranda 1, bathroom 1, a short hallway, and 3 rooms (master bedroom, dressing room, study). It faces southwest, allowing plenty of sunlight during the day, making it very bright and cheerful. (Usually, the blinds are down, but when opened, you can see the apartment view.) The house has been recently renovated, giving it a clean and pleasant feel. The windows are made with transparent glass that does not have a green tint, so you can achieve bright and clear results without any green hue during photo or video shoots. - Living Room and Kitchen: There is a spacious island separating the living room and kitchen. It has a black, wood, and stainless steel concept, making it a well-lit and very bright space. - Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is larger compared to the other rooms.
