[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. (If more than 10 minutes have passed, a fee for 30 minutes will be charged) [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Contamination Prevention] - Only the indoor shoes provided in the studio may be worn. If you need to wear shoes for shooting, please tape them with the box tape available on the trolley. (Laundry fees will be charged for footprints and contamination) - Pets are allowed, but a cleaning deposit of 50,000 KRW is required, which must be deposited within 24 hours after checking the condition. If there is contamination or damage to furniture or props, the same amount will be charged or the cleaning cost will be deducted from the deposit. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please be sure to ask for the host's permission first. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking for 1 vehicle is free for (reserved time + 20 minutes), and any time exceeding this will not be supported. Additional vehicles are not supported but can park in the underground parking lot. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, please restore it to its original state ★before the closing time★.
