[Punctuality] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the floor and walls caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first obtain permission from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is only provided for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time. [Additional Costs] - When renting on shared days/Sundays, if tools and equipment (lifts) are used, additional costs (to be negotiated) will arise due to the need for on-site standby personnel for safety reasons. There are no additional costs for on-site standby personnel for weekday rentals, but if the shoot continues into the night (after 6 PM on weekdays, after 4 PM on Saturdays), additional costs (to be negotiated) will arise.
