[Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - Furniture, props, and lighting are high-value items, and in case of damage, you will be charged 100% of the retail price. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please be sure to obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - You must clean up all trash generated during the shoot. - Parking is provided only for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
