[Parking] Parking is available in the underground parking lot of Namhwagi Su, designated for commercial use. Please be sure to leave your contact information when parking. Elevator access is available from the parking lot (external wall parking is possible). [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the floor and walls caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: On-site confirmation > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, and then compensation requests will be processed. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Simple drinks and water are allowed. [Etiquette] - For safety reasons, CCTV is recording (1 outdoor camera and 3 indoor cameras). - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
