The interior is filled with unique 1990s decor and props, and the rooms, living room, and kitchen are detailed to showcase the lifestyles of each generation. It is a space that fits stories capturing warm family love or illuminating the daily life of that era. Structure - 1F, 26 pyeong - 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen Transportation/Parking - 7 minutes by car from Tanhyeon Station. - Parking for 1 vehicle in front (large vehicles are possible), and 2 vehicles on the side. - Please inquire for detailed parking information. Others - Props can be used, and furniture arrangement can be changed. (Please restore to original condition.) - After filming, please restore any moved furniture to its original position and separate any generated waste. - The reservation time includes preparation and tidying up time. - Even if filming ends earlier than the reserved time, the payment amount will be calculated based on the reserved time. - The rental end time is until all tidying up is completed and you exit. (If exit is delayed by more than 5 minutes, a fee for 1 hour will be charged.) - If any space or props are damaged during use, the cost of the items will be charged. - Eating is allowed indoors, but please ensure to collect any waste generated.
