[Time Information] - Shooting is possible on weekdays and weekends from 8 AM to 12 AM, and other times can be negotiated. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time], and you must strictly adhere to that time. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check together on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the designated staff count is not maintained, the host may request additional payment. [Food and Drink] Food and drinks, including delivery food, are allowed, but please clean up and dispose of all trash generated. [No Smoking] Smoking indoors is absolutely prohibited. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting is only allowed until 9 PM for the sake of the neighbors. - Please clean up all trash generated during the shoot. - Parking is available for 2 cars right in front, and additional parking can be used in available spaces around the house. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, please restore it to its original state before the end time.
