Parking - Front parking for 2 cars (under the solar panel, in front of the gate) - Please inquire for detailed parking information. Rental - Available for a minimum of 4 hours - Rental fee varies depending on the total number of people. - It is a prepayment and reservation structure. - Cancellations or changes made 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. - Price negotiations are smooth and suitable for filming. - Discounts are available for student teams and large teams of 20 or more. Other - Shoes must be removed before entering indoors. - Use of props and rearrangement of furniture is allowed. (Please restore to original condition.) - After filming, please restore any moved furniture to its original position and separate any generated trash. - The reserved time includes preparation and tidying up time. - Even if filming ends earlier than the reserved time, the payment amount will be calculated based on the reserved time. - The rental end time is until all tidying up is completed and you exit. (If exit is delayed by more than 5 minutes, a fee for 1 hour will be charged.) - In case of damage to the space or props during use, the cost of the items will be charged. - Eating indoors is allowed, but please ensure that any trash generated is collected.
