▪️ Schedule and Site Visit Please check the calendar for the schedule before making a reservation. The site visit will be conducted within 15 minutes and will be confirmed after prior inquiry. 🕰️ Reservation Time The usage fee is based on the reserved start and end times. The reservation time includes preparation for shooting, setting up, dismantling equipment, and restoring the space to its original condition. Additional charges will apply if the reservation time is exceeded. The number of people reserved must match the contracted number, and additional charges will apply if exceeded. 🚙 Parking Only 1 vehicle can park for free in front of the building, and there are no designated spots. If additional parking is needed, please use the nearby external parking lot [Airport Jeil Private Parking Lot / Airport-dong 36-41 / 3,000 won per 60 minutes]. 👒 Space and Amenities A step room and hair & makeup space are available for use. There are folding chairs and it is convenient for storing equipment and luggage. Food can only be consumed in the step room, and any leftover food must be taken away. (No food disposal area / Consumption of soup is strictly prohibited / A penalty of 30,000 won will be charged for unauthorized consumption.) 🪟 Precautions Before and After Use Upon entry, you must change into indoor slippers. Cleaning fees will be charged for any stains on carpets or furniture. All furniture and props can be moved freely, but they must be lifted and not dragged. After use, everything must be returned to its original position. (Responsibility arises in case of damage.) To protect equipment before shooting, mats, blankets, tennis balls, etc., must be placed under the equipment. In case of equipment damage, the procedure will be as follows: on-site inspection → photo taking → estimate confirmation → compensation request. If food consumption is necessary for the shoot, prior consultation is required. If bringing pets, the fee will be the same as for one additional person, and please inquire before making a reservation. Upon exit, please ensure that lights are turned off and heating/cooling devices are powered down. ⛔️ Prohibited Items Adult content and nude photography are prohibited (immediate eviction without refund for violations). Smoking and drinking are prohibited (fines will be imposed if caught). ❤️ Basic Etiquette Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. Please clean up any trash generated during the shoot. If changing the furniture setup, please restore it to its original condition before leaving. (Be careful of damage; 100% of the cost will be charged in case of damage.)
