[Facility Information] *Free parking for 1 vehicle is available. (On Sundays when the first-floor restaurant is closed and between 9 PM and 9 AM, parking for 2 vehicles is available) *Additional vehicles and parking after the reservation time will incur parking fees. *Pets, including dogs and cats, must be included in the headcount, and an additional fee of 10,000 KRW will apply if they accompany you. [Punctuality] - If you enter earlier than the reserved time, it will count towards your usage time. There is no separate waiting area, so please enter at the reserved time. - Preparation for the shoot, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space must be included within the reserved time. - If you exceed the reserved shooting time, additional fees will apply based on the regular rate. (Regular rate: 24,000 KRW per hour / 4,000 KRW per 10 minutes) [Damage Caution] Please be careful with equipment and props. Lighting must be handled with care. Do not change the cover (softbox) of the foam board as it can damage the lens. A fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged for just changing it. If you wish to use a different cover, please prepare separate lighting. [Prohibition of Open Flames] Food consumption is allowed, but the use of open flames for cooking is prohibited. If there is a reservation immediately following yours, food consumption may not be allowed, so please consult the host in advance if you plan to bring food that may have a strong odor. [Etiquette] - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
