1. After you apply for a reservation, you will receive a text notification, and a cleaning deposit of 50,000 KRW must be paid to confirm the reservation. 2. As part of the deposit confirmation, please ensure waste separation and disposal / turn off lights and electrical devices / return furniture and props to their original positions. 3. The time for waste separation and disposal, as well as restoring furniture and props to their original state, is included in the contracted time. 4. Please pack all waste generated during your use into the provided bags and clean up. (There is a detailed manual available in the studio.) 5. Requests for delayed check-out that have not been agreed upon in advance are not possible to accommodate for the next reservation. 6. Full compensation will be required for any damage or malfunction to the facilities and equipment, and we are not responsible for accidents caused by negligence. 7. If additional guests enter beyond the reserved number, immediate check-out may occur without a refund. 8. Please wear the provided slippers inside the studio. 9. Smoking is prohibited inside the space. 10. For security and safety reasons, CCTV operates 24 hours a day inside the studio.
