[Guro] Vintage Natural Light Home Three-Room & Music Studio

Hello. This is a three-room villa where you can feel a unique vintage charm. (You can check out more diverse results on Instagram @homebyden.) It consists of a living room combined with a kitchen, a bedroom, a studio room, and a dressing room. Since it is a home that is actually lived in and used, natural staging is possible. (The arrangement of plants and interior props in the photos may change slightly.) 🌿The house is equipped with a coffee machine and various types of coffee beans including strong acidity beans, nutty beans, and decaffeinated beans, as well as various herbal teas. Beverages will be provided according to the number of people for a pleasant shooting atmosphere. 🔶Features of the Space The doors and door frames are all made of old wood, giving a serene atmosphere that cannot be felt in newly built buildings. The bedroom window faces south, and there are large windows in each room and the kitchen, allowing plenty of sunlight throughout the house. There are a total of 16 direct and indirect lights, and smart bulbs are installed, enabling high-quality shooting. (The curtains in the bedroom and studio are blackout curtains.) Each room is equipped with one light that can adjust all colors and brightness, and the ceiling lights in each room can also be dimmed. (The remaining lights are fixed to a warm color.) 🔶Detailed Information If you need a spacious and open scene, most furniture and props can be moved. However, this must be done under the supervision of the host, and you must restore everything to its original state within the rental time. (We can help move them together if possible🫡) The music equipment in the studio is actual working equipment, and if you need to use the equipment for staging, simple setups can be arranged. (We have both a Windows-based desktop and a MacBook running macOS.) Although it is a three-room space, the size of the house is around 12 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft), which is not very large.
