A. Rental Fees and Reservation Information 1. Rental Fees: The rental fees for kitchen use shoots and general product shoots are different. The current amount is based on kitchen use shoots. 2. Shoots with 14 or More People: For large shoots with 14 or more people, such as advertisements or photo shoots, please inquire separately. 3. Deposit: A deposit of 50,000 KRW is required for kitchen use shoots, and it will be refunded the next day after confirming dishwashing, recycling, and restoration to original condition. 4. Reservation Time: Preparation, equipment setup, and cleanup time are included in the reservation time. 5. Additional Charges for Overtime: If you exceed the reserved time, an additional cost of 20,000 KRW will be incurred for every 10 minutes. If you need an extension, please inquire in advance. 6. Reservation Capacity: Please make a reservation based on the total number of people entering. Additional costs may apply if the number of reserved people is exceeded. B. Studio Usage Precautions 1. Slipper Usage: Please wear the provided slippers inside the studio. 2. Footwear for Shooting: If using footwear for shooting, please tape them. 3. Moving Furniture: If you need to move the kitchen island or furniture, please inquire in advance. 4. Food Restrictions: Food is prohibited during general rentals, and only simple drinks and snacks are allowed. 5. Equipment Usage Caution: Please be careful of floor and wall damage caused by equipment such as tripods and lights. 6. No Smoking: Smoking indoors will result in forced eviction and the deposit will not be refunded. 7. CCTV Operation: CCTV is in operation to prevent theft and fire. 8. No Use of Fireplaces (a measure for fire prevention and protection of ventilation devices) - Violation will result in one warning, and if there is a second violation, forced eviction may occur. 9. Access is prohibited outside of designated areas. 10. The rental space consists of a kitchen + conference room. 11. Please inquire before using space supplies. After use, please return them to their original place and send a photo to the person in charge. 12. Only one vehicle can be parked in the building. - For additional vehicles, parking may be possible depending on the establishment's circumstances at the valet area for fireplace grilling, so please inquire in advance. C. Check-Out Information 1. Early Check-Out: If you check out earlier than the reserved time, the reservation amount will not be refunded. 2. Cleaning and Tidying Up: - Please place general waste in the designated bag and leave it in front of the wooden area on the first floor. - Please sort recyclable waste and take it to the recycling area located at the back of the building. - Please dispose of food waste in the designated bag. - If dishwashing, recycling, and restoration are insufficient, a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged. 3. In Case of Facility Damage: If there is damage or contamination to studio facilities or items, restoration costs will be charged. (The purchase amount for damages will be charged at the actual purchase price) Please adhere to the above rules for a pleasant studio experience.
