There is ample parking space, and it is convenient as there is an elevator. ✅ Facility Information: - Wi-Fi and wired LAN internet are available. - The complex has well-maintained landscaping, allowing for scenic shots of the area. - Within a 1-minute walk, there is Anyangcheon and a large children's hospital. - Within a 6-minute drive, there is Anyang Sports Complex. - The complex has many amenities including coffee shops (such as Twosome Place, Compose), convenience stores, and chicken restaurants. - The entire studio is equipped with ventilation and heating/cooling. - Smoking and cooking food inside the building are not allowed.
