Prohibited Actions Negotiating the rental fee. Illegal or immoral filming and filming that differs from the previously notified content. Searching through drawers or taking out books. Using clothing, bags, and accessories from the wardrobe. Using computers and electronic devices. Touching or moving instruments, weapons, tools, or artworks. 2. Permitted Actions Using the gas stove, electricity, and water in the restroom. Using the sink, dining table, sofa, bed, chairs, and desk. Using the heating and cooling system (please turn off the power after the shoot). Using the fire extinguisher in case of fire. 3. Inquiries Using appliances (iron, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, vacuum cleaner, TV, speakers). Using personal items such as dishes, towels, and slippers. Moving pots and equipment. Filming in the parking lot, hallway, elevator, and rooftop. Pre-visits can be arranged on a mutually agreed date through contact, and during the visit, only overall photos and videos can be taken. Detailed filming of personal books and equipment is not allowed, so please understand this. - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The rental fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted filming time is exceeded, you must settle additional costs with the host on-site. - If you change the existing furniture setup or structure, you must restore it before the end time. - If there is irreparable damage to furniture or structures due to filming, costs will be charged. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the number of vehicles indicated, depending on the scale of the shoot.
