Welcome to 2U STUDIO located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul!
It is a studio decorated with colorful furniture and props.
With a 45 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) open layout, it is convenient for shooting as there are no separate spaces.

[Interior]
We regularly change the interior according to the season or occasion, so please check in advance with photos or a site visit. If you need additional interior items, feel free to inquire.
[Lighting]
The best time for sunlight is from 7 to 8 AM when sunlight comes through the large window, and after 4 PM, sunlight comes into the kitchen space!

[Parking]
The parking space is located at the back of the building and is a straight parking method, so there may be some inconvenience as you might need to move your car occasionally. It is a parking lot shared with building residents, so if there is more space, you can park additional cars besides one, but if many cars come, you may be asked to move yours, so please keep that in mind :)
* After 7 PM or on weekends, parking is available on the large road in front of the building.

[Site Visit]
If you inquire during non-reserved hours, we will schedule a visit. If a shooting reservation comes in during the scheduled visit time, we will prioritize the reservation and adjust the schedule, so we appreciate your understanding.

Place rules
[Punctuality]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Caution]
Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
- Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment.
- In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[No Eating]
Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please be sure to ask for the host's permission first.
[Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
- Parking is provided only for the indicated number of vehicles.
- If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
