A family apartment with great accessibility in Gangnam! ✓ Located within a 5-minute walk from Hanti Station / Lotte Department Store Gangnam ✓ 2-minute drive from Gangnam Severance Hospital ✓ 5-minute drive from Gangnam Centerfield This is a 24-type apartment with a gallery studio concept, where beautiful sunlight comes in from morning until late afternoon, facing southwest. :) It consists of 3 rooms: a master bedroom, a children's room, and a study room, along with 1 bathroom and a veranda. The apartment was remodeled 2 years ago when I moved in. The photos posted, taken by me with an old phone without filters, show the great natural lighting throughout the day. Especially around sunset, between 6 and 7 PM, you can capture dramatic emotional shots. Please refer to the updated photos! # Shooting hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM on weekdays. Time adjustments can be made with prior consultation. For weekend shoots, please consult in advance. ^^ # Props can be accommodated as much as possible, and with prior consultation, furniture rearrangement and movement can be done within feasible pathways. # Floor damage occurs frequently.
