It has received architectural awards for its architectural completeness and has been featured in architectural media such as Monthly SPACE (September 2023), Brick Magazine (2024), and Gam Magazine (March 2024). Yeonnam Chapter is a project space operated based on the 1st and 2nd floors of We Are Yeon. It is designed not just for simple rentals, but to allow brands and creators to expand their own narratives within the context of Yeonnam-dong. Space Configuration • 1-2F: Yeonnam Chapter (popup, shooting, project space) • 2nd floor external corridor available Rich natural light flows in through large windows and high ceilings, creating depth in the space with changing light and shadows throughout the day. A soft shooting environment can be secured even without artificial lighting. Unlike typical rectangular spaces, the vertical circulation and structural rhythm are alive, making it suitable for dynamic shoots. • Fashion shoots • Product advertisements • Branding content • Music videos • Drama filming The interior balances vintage textures and minimal structures, and dramatic productions can be achieved against the backdrop of the city skyline from the rooftop. Basic Facilities • Parking for up to 3 cars • Wi-Fi provided • Ceiling-mounted heating and cooling system (no additional equipment allowed) • Available 24 hours (late-night hours should be avoided if possible) • No smoking indoors (outdoor space available on the 1st floor) • Restoration to original condition required upon exit • Restoration costs will be charged for damage to the space and equipment Hangers and tables / fitting room / mirror / stand-type steam iron available for use

[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: On-site confirmation > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, followed by a request for compensation will be processed. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first obtain permission from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
