Concrete Office on the 1st and 2nd Floors of Weareyeon Instagram @weareyeon ‘Yeonnam Chapter’ is a brand project space. It is designed for brands and creators to unfold their own stories within the alleys of Yeonnam-dong. Beyond simple rentals, it aims to be a platform that expands the narrative of the brand while experiencing the flow of ‘Weareyeon’ and Yeonnam-dong together. [Weareyeon is an architectural space located in the alleys of Yeonnam-dong. It has received architectural awards for its architectural completeness and has been featured in architectural media such as SPACE magazine (2023.09), Brick Magazine (2024), and Gam Magazine (2024.03).] Space Composition • 1–2F: Yeonnam Chapter (popup, shooting, project space) • Unique structure with a warm orange tone exterior and curves • Hallway that embodies the beauty of emptiness • Long land structure extending north-south Rich natural light flows in through large windows and high ceilings, creating depth in the space with changing light and shadows throughout the day. A soft shooting environment can be secured even without artificial lighting. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check together on-site > take photos > and proceed with compensation requests after confirming the estimate. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first obtain permission from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is only provided for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
