[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the tile floor and artworks caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and tennis balls to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Capacity] Up to 30 people are allowed. If there will be more than 30 people, please contact us in advance to confirm if it is possible. If the number of people exceeds the standard, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is only available for 1 vehicle in front of the building. (Additional vehicles should use nearby paid parking.) - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
