[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the tile floor and artworks caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Capacity] The hot desk can accommodate up to 10 seats. If you wish to reserve the entire space, please book the [Conference Room, Seminar Room Rental] option. If the number of people exceeds the set limit, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is only available for 1 vehicle in front of the building. (Additional vehicles should use nearby paid parking.) - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
