The entire space has been renewed. You do not need to refer to the review photos. Please check with the updated photos. This is a studio located in Jeong-dong, Dongdaemun-gu. It is a 40 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) full rental space with more than 6 different spots. It faces south, so beautiful light comes in all day, and the view is really nice. There has been a change of management and a large-scale renovation. We have added various spots and configured movable partitions and a waiting room. The bedroom, workspace, living room, dining area, and upright piano music room are decorated in a modern New York apartment concept, along with a vintage space that feels like an attic. The attic is set up as shown in the first photo with a bed, and the original work desk is in another space, so if you prefer, you can set it up as before. There is also a secret space that can be used as a waiting room or powder room beyond the movable partition door. You can rest assured that when the door is closed, it is out of reach of the CCTV. This space is not only for waiting but also a cool shooting spot. When using this space for shooting, we have installed large rail curtains in front of the attic so you can change clothes there as well. Depending on where the main spot is, you can flexibly choose the waiting room. We have arranged two newly made large movable partitions to create a set-like room feel, making it easy to set up for music videos or drama shoots! Please be particularly careful when moving the partition locations, so please share in advance. Nighttime music shoots require prior consultation depending on the scale or type, so please inquire in advance. - Parking is recommended at Jeong-dong Parking Lot, 3 minutes away, and Korea University Parking Lot, 7 minutes away.
