Please be careful not to shout or use the space too loudly, as complaints may arise and it could lead to the inability to operate. Please help keep this space, which is also my workspace, quiet and comfortable 🥹 https://www.instagram.com/silentflow___ ◾ A space for small gatherings ◾ Capture precious memories in your own space, just a 10-minute walk from Hongdae Entrance Station along Yeonnam-dong Park. ◾ Located in a quiet alley, it is a semi-basement but receives plenty of sunlight and is an independent space for your comfortable use. ◾ A quiet and cozy space where everything is possible: [social gatherings/birthdays/reading/wine/movies/one-day classes/solo live filming/study] ◾ Not only for gatherings but also welcoming anyone who needs to work alone or focus. * This is a quiet alley with residential houses. ‼️Please do not make loud noises, play videos or music loudly‼️ * When consuming food, please gather it in a bag and place it in the designated area. ‼️Do not dispose of recyclables or food waste randomly in the alley‼️ (Continued complaints may make it difficult to operate the spaceㅜㅜ If complaints arise, you will be asked to leave immediately.) 🪐 Beam projector and a 3-seater sofa bed (free access to Netflix, YouTube, Coupang Play) 🪐 LP turntable & Bluetooth speaker to set the mood 🪐 Wine cooler (8 bottles), microwave, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, air purifier, Wi-Fi, heating and cooling system, wine glasses, and cups provided 🪐 [Entertainment] Board games, tarot cards, OTT 🪐 [Convenience items] Chargers (Type C, 8-pin, 5-pin), power strip, HDMI cable, blankets ✅ Light alcoholic beverages like beer and wine and outside food are allowed (however, soups and instant noodles are not allowed) ✅ Food waste disposal is not allowed!! Please enjoy in moderation to avoid leftovers. (Do not dispose of in the toilet) ✅ Upon leaving, please turn off the lights, power off, and tidy up the dishes, furniture, and items used (please be considerate of the next user). 🔹Wishing for the quiet immersion of all who visit🔹

[Time Management] - Please ensure to adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the floor and walls caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: On-site confirmation > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, followed by a request for compensation. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink] Simple delivery food and desserts are allowed in the space, but please take any food waste with you. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is difficult due to the narrow alley. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
