Usage Fee 45,000 KRW per hour (55,000 KRW on weekends) Basic capacity is 3 people (an additional 5,000 KRW per hour for each extra person). 2. Entry Instructions 4th floor entrance door password: changes daily. Please check the message on the day. It is essential to pull the door and confirm the door lock. 3. Exit Instructions Return moved furniture and props to their original positions. Turn off both air conditioners. When leaving, confirm the door lock. 4. Important Notes 24-hour CCTV recording and monitoring. The reservation time includes preparation and cleanup time. Wearing indoor shoes is mandatory. If wearing shoes for shooting, masking tape is required. No food allowed (only simple beverages are permitted). Trash bins are located to the right of the middle door (separate general/recycling). * A cleaning penalty of 20,000 KRW will be charged for violations. 5. Free Usage Over 100 costumes. 2 units of 85W LED panels. 1 RGB stick light. 2 tripods. Audio system capable of playing LPs, CDs, Bluetooth, and radio. Wi-Fi. Various props. (However, please return all items to their original places after use.) 6. Remote Control After using the air conditioner remote control, please return it to its original place. It is hard to find! 7. Parking 1 free parking space available at the building entrance (only on weekends). On weekdays, use the public parking lot 3 minutes on foot. If you have more than 2 vehicles, please park in available spots on nearby fire lanes as needed. 8. Pre-Visit Advance phone reservation is required (within 20 minutes). 9. Other Information Internal restroom. Be extremely careful of falling down the stairs (we are not responsible for accidents due to user negligence). Changing the bed position is not allowed. Movie zone – compensation for damage to posters. Handle LPs, CDs, Blu-rays, DVDs, videos, etc. with care – compensation for damage. Dressing room (equipped with hair straighteners, combs, etc.) No smoking indoors. Rooftop is available for use.
