🚨 [Reservation Information] * 📞 Please confirm the schedule via phone or text before making a reservation. * 💰 Reservations are confirmed only after the full payment is completed without a prior reservation. (A reservation request alone does not secure the schedule.) * 🙏🏻 If payment is not completed within 48 hours after the reservation request is approved, the reservation may be automatically canceled. * ⏱ Time extensions are only possible if there are no bookings for the following time slot, and please inform us at least 1 hour before check-out. * 💦 An additional fee of ₩25,000 will be charged for using the swimming pool (water filling). * 🙋🏻 The number of people refers to all individuals visiting, including those who come briefly. If the maximum number of people differs from the visiting number, additional charges may apply. * 🚘 Please use the public parking lot at Namsan Outdoor Botanical Garden across from the studio (₩1,800 for 1 hour, capacity for 30 cars). 🏊 [Swimming Pool Usage Information] * This swimming pool is not a typical swimming pool. It can only be used for filming purposes after prior consultation. * Shoes are prohibited inside the pool and on the walls; please refrain from entering if possible. * If the pool is filled with water, the floor will be very slippery. The studio is not responsible for any accidents that occur. 🏠 [Studio Usage Information] * 🔟 A maximum of 10 people is allowed on the 2nd floor. (Please adhere to this for safety.) * ❌ It is prohibited to put weight on or lean against the walls or railings on the 2nd floor. * 🪑 All furniture can be moved freely, but please restore it to its original position before the end of the shoot. (Additional charges will apply for damages.) * 🍱 Food consumption is allowed, but please refrain from foods that may cause significant contamination. (※ Cleaning fees may be charged in case of contamination.) * 🗑 Trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. (Separate recycling is mandatory.) * 🕒 The reservation time includes preparation and clean-up time. → If it exceeds 15 minutes, a 30-minute fee will be charged; if it exceeds 30 minutes, a 1-hour fee will be charged.
