We will provide guidance on food waste disposal bags and additional instructions. The 2-burner induction and kitchen utensils are attached in the photos. Please note that the water supply is not connected, and for dishwashing, please use the internal restroom. The countertop is made of solid wood and is vulnerable to stains. Please use the prepared waterproof mat when cooking and clean any stains immediately. Please keep this in mind when using the space. Natural light comes in from 10 AM facing south and continues until 5 PM through the west-facing window. The queen bed and bedding are basic white. Position can be changed. This is a space for commercial studio shooting 😊 Available for booking 24/7 all year round. Pet shooting is allowed ⭕️ (1 person counted per pet) Kitchen water usage is not allowed. Internal shared restroom. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom are in one space and are for exclusive use. All furniture can be moved (please be careful not to let furniture bump into each other). Standard capacity is 3 people. Parking - 1 vehicle allowed. Round dining table for 2, chairs, wardrobe, coffee machine, 4 glass cups, 4 sets of regular coffee cups, hangers, white hanger, changing curtain, 4 sets of cutlery and chopsticks, coffee pot, thermos, measuring scale, multi-tap, steam iron, queen bed, dining table for 6, Bluetooth speaker, 180cm auxiliary table, 6 auxiliary chairs, wooden hanger, baby bed (*please inform us if used), vintage table, 2 units of Pomax 600E (including wireless trigger), ladder, multi-tap, phone charger, portable full-length mirror ❤️, microwave and additional item photos attached.

[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site together > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is only provided for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
