The space, harmonizing wood tones and blue tones, features vintage wooden furniture and orange color accents, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. It can implement various moods within a single space, such as a living room with a bed and sofa, a study with an LP player, and a space reminiscent of a British dormitory, allowing for diverse utilization according to the shooting concept. It is a 25 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) studio, operated unmanned and available for booking 24 hours a day. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] In case of damage or breakage of furniture and props after the shoot, 100% of the item value will be charged. - In case of interior damage, you must compensate based on the contractor's estimate. - Please handle props and furniture carefully for the sake of future users 🙂 - Please return moved furniture and props to their original positions. Be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket, and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Prohibition] Only beverages and simple foods (sandwiches, pizza) are allowed inside. Costs will be charged for any furniture contamination due to food. - Consumption of soup or lunch boxes is not allowed. - A fine of 30,000 KRW will be imposed for unauthorized consumption. [Trash Disposal] - Please use the provided trash bins for recycling. - Food waste cannot be disposed of here. Please handle food waste individually. - A fine of 30,000 KRW will be imposed for leaving trash inside. [Lost Items] - We are not responsible for lost items. [Prohibition of Open Flames] - A fine will be imposed for smoking detected inside the building. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - You must clean up all trash generated during the shoot. - Please use nearby parking lots for parking. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
